This Week at One TUL

Hey ONE TUL! We hope your week is going well! Stay safe and warm with all of this winter weather. In the coming weeks, we will be layering in more and more systems/features as we gear up to an official launch. Today we introduce This Week at One, our weekly news blast for all things ONE TUL. Stay informed about events, receive updates on what the kids are learning in Kids Lab, listen to our Spotify playlist, and more. 

SUNDAY RECAP

Last weekend we continued with week two of Reclaim Creativity. We discussed four practical ways to jumpstart creativity in your life:

• Stop saying “I am not creative.”.
• Don’t say, “I can’t”, ask yourself, “how can i?”.
• Ask yourself, “What if?”.
• Set aside time to dream.
  
  

BUILDING UPDATE

For those of you who have not heard, last week Notion received it’s health license! We also hosted our first public event as ORU held their Missions Team Leader Retreat at the space. It is great to see the vision beginning to come together! Thanks to all who have walked with us on this journey – we are close to seeing the fruit of our labor! Many lives will be impacted through both ONE TUL and Notion.

What We Learned in Kids Lab

Last Weekend at Kids Lab we studied about our words and how they impact our lives. We learned about the power of Gods word in our lives. It was an exciting time filled with powerful object lessons. The students are really applying each element that we are learning in class and we can see it going deep into their hearts. 

Next week we start a new series called “Bible Royale” where we will be going into an in-depth look at the children’s favorite Bible heroes and the battles that they have fought for God. 

First up is a classic: David and Goliath. Each week we will be talking about the character traits of our heroes and giving the kids a character challenge to complete that week.
